Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion services help organizations evolve intone workplace cultures where different perspectives are welcomed and celebrated for their positive impact – including to the bottom line.

Working with senior management, HR departments, and others, Unfinished Business also does outreach to help identify, target and acquire Diverse Talent for clients in all sectors and of every size. And offers DE&I education that results in the improved ability to attract, acquire and retain diverse talent of all kinds.

Since its inception in 2013, UB has provided career coaching and transition services based in Richardson’s Rw.E (real world experience). Using a combination of tools, connections, and professional support, he continues to build on a track record of empowering individuals to turn “I’d really love to …” into “I just bagged my dream job.”

WHY WE DO what we do

Why do we do it? Because it’s very satisfying to work day in and day out with interesting people and organizations to make a real difference in individual lives and in the wider community. And also because it’s time. Some may think that sounds “highfalutin,” but we’ve found it to be true and growing even truer.

Some have asked, “How can Mark Richardson be so good at doing so many seemingly disparate things?” Because through Mark’s his years of successfully navigating jobs in multiple sectors and managing so many different kinds of people, he’s learned a whole lot. About systems; and about people and what motivates them.
